The election noise has stopped today for the second phase of polling to be held on July 1 in the three-tier panchayat elections. Now voting will be held on July 1 from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and counting of votes will also be done on the same day. Before the polling, all kinds of preparations have been completed for the polling by the district election. In the second phase, elections for Sitamau and Bhanpura blocks will be held. It includes 115 gram panchayats of Sitamau, 25 districts and 4 wards of district panchayats.

Sitamau Block has 1 lakh 8 thousand 176 voters, out of which 95 thousand 750 are male voters and 92 thousand 423 are female voters. In these, the voters will decide the fate of 150 sarpanchs of 15 districts and 650 of the ward panch from the district panchayat and the fate of 1627 candidates. The same Bhanpura block includes 41 gram panchayats, 15 wards of the district and 2 wards of the district district panchayat. In these, voters will decide the fate of 191 candidates of 65 sarpanches of 5 districts and 217 candidates of ward panch from district panchayat. There are 82 thousand 980 voters in this block. Of these 42 thousand 306 are male voters and 40 thousand 674 are female voters. In these, voters will decide the fate of 191 candidates of 65 sarpanches of 15 districts and 2017 candidates of ward panch from district panchayat.

This is the preparations of the administration

For the second phase of polling, the district administration has fixed the routes from polling parties to buses. For the second phase, 88 buses have been fixed at Sitamau 338 polling stations and 30 buses have been fixed at 159 polling stations for Bhanpura. There are 46 sensitive polling stations in Sitamau and 21 in Bhanpura. More than 4 thousand officer employees have been put on duty to conduct peaceful polling.
