On January 2, 2022, the National Institute of Design (NID) held pen-and-paper NID DAT 2022 prelims tests at several testing centres around the country. The exam lasted three hours and covered both objective and subjective questions. The NID DAT 2022 exam results will be released in February 2022. (tentative). The results will be announced online, and you may verify them by entering your email address, date of birth, and roll/application number. The DAT 2022 (prelims) exam results are an important part of the NID DAT 2022 (prelims) exam. Candidates will be shortlisted for the NID DAT Mains 2021 test based on their performance in the prelims.Shortlisted students will get NID DAT 2022 admission cards (final) from the National Institute of Design. Eligibility Criteria:

·         The following are the NID qualifying criteria for BDes and MDes courses in 2022.

·         BDes - Candidates must have completed Class 12 from a recognised board such as CBSE, IB, ICSE or its equivalent in any stream (Science, Humanities, Commerce). Candidates who will be taking their 12th grade examinations in 2022 are also eligible to apply.

·         MDes - Applicants must have earned a bachelor's degree from a recognised college or university. As of June 30, 2022, candidates should not be older than 30 years old.
