On July 12, it was announced that HYBE had joined hands with The Walt Disney Company APAC (Asia-Pacific Region), and signed a multi-year deal. Under this deal, HYBE will collaborate with TWDC to showcase the creative excellence of the Korean music and entertainment industry on a global scale. A total of five different shows produced by HYBE will be released worldwide to Disney's streaming service, Disney [Disney Plus] under this deal.

Two of these programs will be helmed by members of BTS. One of the shows offered through Disney's streaming service is BTS' Permission to Dance on Stage - Los Angeles, which was held at LA's So-Fi Stadium in November last year.

The Second Program Starring BTS is a chronological documentary that records the history of BTS from their debut to the present. Titled 'BTS MONUMENTS: Beyond the Star', it will include music and videos from the group over the past nine years, and will include material about how the members reached their current status. In addition, the documentary will show BTS about their daily lives, their current thoughts and plans for the future, and their stories as they prepare for their second chapter. The documentaries will be revealed exclusively through Disney's streaming service in 2023.

In addition, a third confirmed show is the previously announced In the Soap: Friendsation, starring BTS V, Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik, Park Hyung Sik and Peekboy. Scheduled to premiere on July 22, the upcoming series will showcase their friendship as they embark on a special journey to enjoy the space "between daily life and comfort."

Additional shows featuring other artists from the HYBE label will be announced at a later date.
